ReminderRouter: parseRelativeDate has no "next week" form

parseRelativeDate() handles today, tomorrow, "in N days" and weekday names. "Remind me next week" gets no Due date.

Fix: if (/\bnext\s+week\b/.test(t)) return iso(addDays(now, 7));

Environment: Linux (WSL2), Bun, Claude Code 2.1.278.

Thanks @corobis. ReminderRouter has been retired (see #2172), so parseRelativeDate no longer ships and there is nothing left to extend.
