Backups

A sqldump and tgz of the media directory are generated by a daily cronjob. The latest versions of each can be found on the same server at /home/cydevs/backup/. The backup script is at /etc/cron.daily/cyappstore-backup. The backup dir and script should be accessible and editable by anyone in the cydevs group.

Remote copies of the appstore are backed up to NRNB Cluster primary storage nightly at /cellar/cytoscape/cyappstore. Please contact (Chris Churas) for retrieval of these files.
