- Upgrades Go from 1.26 to 1.27 (Wolfi package go-1.27=1.27.1-r0) - Updates deploy/docker/Dockerfile and go.mod, go.sum tidied Rebased onto main to pick up the go-1.26.8 pin and OpenTelemetry 1.46.0 bumps that landed after this PR was opened.
