Summary

• Pin the Supabase CLI to 2.120.0 in CI (was floating on latest) and document the pin (>= 2.117.0 for the DEX-228 MCP block)
• Opt supabase/config.toml into the native, per-directory local stack ([experimental] stack = true) so any worktree can supabase start without Docker
• Drop the [auth.email.template.magic_link] mapping — the native stack can't serve custom email templates (production stays dashboard-managed; templates/magic_link.html remains the dashboard source)
• start-dev-server gains a local mode: get-local-stack.sh creates/resumes a native stack on deterministic hash-derived ports (worktrees never collide) and swap-env.sh --local points src/.env.local at it
• create-migration Steps 5–6 now work with no Docker; removed the false "types are auto-generated in CI" claim and the stale supabase/schemas/ reference
• Add a repo .yamllint so the yamllint lane tolerates GitHub Actions workflow YAML
• Regenerate src/types/database.types.ts with the pinned CLI (typegen format moved on: ComputedFields, generated columns typed never in Insert/Update, storage schema exposed)

Documentation updates

• AGENTS.md + supabase/README.md: one-line Docker-gotcha replacements
• docs/api-routes.md: local magic-link emails carry only the link now
• .agents/skills/create-migration, .agents/skills/start-dev-server: procedures for the local stack

Test plan

• supabase start on a fresh worktree with --runtime native creates the stack and applies all 26 migrations + seed (verified; pg_cron/pg_net DO blocks and the Vault-reading horoscope migration included)
• supabase db reset applies all 26 migrations and seed data on the native stack
• Two worktrees run native stacks simultaneously (hash-derived ports 55890 / 55080) with no port clash, alongside the main checkout's Docker stack
• Magic-link sign-in through local Mailpit: OTP request delivers a working verify link (no 6-digit code — documented)
• gen types typescript --local reproduces the committed database.types.ts; npm run typecheck and all 2022 tests pass
• CI green with the pinned CLI (test-backend.yml, deploy.yml, preview-branch.yml — observed on the PR)
