Why not just "22" or why not 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22?

Mostly because this tests the current and past LTS versions. I don't think there's much to be gained from testing the active/past versions if they're not LTS versions 🤷

What it says on the tin: Updates our node version to v22, the current LTS until october, when we get to do this again.
