This PR updates the AI Resume Analyzer and Skill Gap Tracker project.

Changes Made

• Updated project metadata in project.json
• Improved project implementation in index.html
• Refined project behavior and presentation
• Kept project structure consistent with repository guidelines

Notes

This is a follow-up improvement to the existing project and does not introduce breaking changes.
