Resolves #574

Add a responsive Emergency Contact & Information Vault to help users securely organize and quickly access their critical emergency information whenever required.

What was added

• Emergency Contact & Information Vault project within the Projects/emergency-contact-information-vault directory.
• Emergency Dashboard: An at-a-glance dashboard that immediately displays crucial identification, medical alerts (severe allergies, conditions), and primary emergency contacts.
• Contact Management System: Ability to add, edit, or remove emergency contacts, categorizing them as Primary or Secondary.
• Medical & Insurance Records: Dedicated sections to input existing medical conditions, current medications, physician details, and health insurance information.
• Identification Registry: Fields to store critical metadata like driver's license and passport numbers safely.
• Data Persistence: Integrated localStorage auto-saving for immediate data retention without requiring an external database.
• Responsive UI/UX: Implemented a responsive layout with a dark/light theme toggle, accessible form controls, and emergency-focused visual indicators.
• Included project.json containing the author details and GitHub username (MistryVishwa).
