What does this PR do?

This PR introduces "The Stroop Interference Grid (Cognitive Control)", a high-speed attention-training tool built to resolve the open specifications listed in Issue #745. The platform challenges users to override automatic processing habits (the Stroop Effect) by dynamically altering rules every round between ink color and word meaning matching, utilizing a rapid 2-second countdown loop and continuous target button layout scrambles.
