Description
Added a new interactive project: Recruitment & Applicant Tracking System.
This sleek front-end web application is designed to streamline the hiring process for HR teams and recruiters. The platform features an interactive sidebar navigation system allowing users to seamlessly toggle between three main views. The Candidate Pipeline features a dynamic Kanban-style board categorizing applicants across active hiring stages (Applied, Interviewing, Offered), complete with color-coded headers and custom candidate avatars. The Job Postings view presents a grid of active roles, displaying critical metrics like department, location, and applicant volume. The Interviews view provides a schedule table tracking upcoming candidate meetings. Built entirely with Vanilla JavaScript and custom responsive CSS Grid/Flexbox layouts.
