While validating the latest release on GKE, an issue was identified where the
socket_trackermap would be emptied by the kernel sporadically. While it's not completely clear why this happens as the map only had one entry, having an LRU type on this map does not make sense anyways since the keys are all defined by the ports of the containers, which are static for the lifetime of the map.
