Implement reusable conformance testing framework for cryptographic algorithms.
This feature enables validation of CryptoViz implementations against
authoritative known-answer test vectors, ensuring correctness across
input, intermediate, and final states.
Key Features:
Acceptance Criteria Met:
✓ Multiple algorithms use same harness
✓ Test vectors version-controlled (JSON format)
✓ Final outputs compared automatically
✓ Intermediate states validated where available
✓ Failures identify exact algorithm/round/transformation
✓ Single command runs complete suite
✓ CI integration ready (npm script + test runner)
