This PR introduces the new FAQ Page to the help section.
Key Changes:
New Feature: Added FAQPage.tsx and associated components under client/src/pages/FAQ/.
How to Test
. Run npm run dev in tikka/client
. Navigate to /faq (or however the route is defined).
. Verify the FAQ content renders correctly and is responsive.
