Summary

  • update the Android README to emphasize the Kotlin-first build, adjust the tech stack/app structure, and remove Python/Qt references
  • mark the legacy runtime placeholder directories as unused by the current Android build and clean up ProGuard notes
  • align the Android roadmap with APK-based plugins and Kotlin/AGP-focused risks

Testing

  • not run (documentation-only changes)
