Lifecycle-only edit, based on current main (8dea52d, the PR #167 merge). Records the human operator's 2026-08-12 implementation-acceptance grant for implementation PR #168 at exact head 1da8bc0, whose committed AGENTS.md SHA-256 matches the design-accepted fingerprint exactly. Updates Status and the Human approval requirement paragraph accordingly; the latter's rewrite also drops the now-stale "merge authority for PR #167" ungranted listing, since #167 is merged. Merge authority for PR #168, release authority, and closeout remain separate, ungranted decisions. Does not touch AGENTS.md or PR #168. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
