Records the outcome of #120, which merged into main as 1e1f441 on 2026-07-28. Documentation only — no code or test change, two files.

What changed

CR-OC-001A request

  • Status becomes complete and merged, citing both merges: requirements contract via #119 as bfa1d6e, pure-module implementation via feat(mediated): CR-OC-001A pure single-file effect contract implementation #120 as 1e1f441.
  • Implementation authority is recorded as spent, not deleted — it was granted only for the pure module, tests, and documentation within the five-path allowlist, and merging this slice authorizes nothing further.
  • Implementation Record cites the merge commit and the three implementation commits it carries (87b76a3, 993cdb4, 7a6d6ac), with verification counts moved to the merged tree: focused 91, full suite 1444.

Backlog

  • The CR-OC-001A entry becomes complete and merged.
  • The mediated-OpenClaw lane paragraph is corrected. It still read "CR-OC-001A is documentation-only and unauthorized for implementation", which became false the moment feat(mediated): CR-OC-001A pure single-file effect contract implementation #120 merged. It now records the merge, states CR-OC-001B–E remain unauthorized and each need their own approval, and notes that no runtime module imports triage_core.mediated_effect.

Kept and sharpened, not dropped

The caution that a defined contract is not an enforced one survives the closeout:

CR-OC-001A classifies replay without preventing it, and names a broker connection identifier without authenticating it. Its bounded claim is that an exact authorized pre-content digest became an exact authorized post-content digest — not filesystem state, broker provenance, allowlist membership, path safety, or that any file changed.

A closeout is exactly where that kind of qualifier tends to get quietly lost, so it is restated against the merged state rather than the proposed one.

Authority unchanged

No runtime integration, file mutation, persistence, IPC, capability issuance, or OpenClaw work is authorized or implied. CR-OC-001B through CR-OC-001E remain unauthorized.

CR-OC-001A merged into main through PR #120 as merge commit 1e1f441 on
2026-07-28. Documentation only; no code or test change.

CR-OC-001A request:

- Status becomes complete and merged, citing both merges: the requirements
contract through PR #119 as bfa1d6e, and the pure-module implementation
  through PR #120 as 1e1f441.
- Implementation authority is recorded as spent rather than deleted. It was
granted only for the pure module, tests, and documentation within the
five-path allowlist, and merging this slice authorizes nothing further.
- The Implementation Record cites the merge commit and the three
implementation commits it carries, and its verification counts move to the
merged tree: focused 91, full suite 1444.

Backlog:

- The CR-OC-001A entry becomes complete and merged.
- The mediated-OpenClaw lane paragraph is corrected. It still said CR-OC-001A
was "documentation-only and unauthorized for implementation", which became
false when PR #120 merged. It now records the merge, states that
CR-OC-001B-E remain unauthorized and each need their own approval, and notes
that no runtime module imports triage_core.mediated_effect.

The caution that a defined contract is not an enforced one is kept and
sharpened rather than dropped: CR-OC-001A classifies replay without preventing
it, and names a broker connection identifier without authenticating it. Its
bounded claim remains that an exact authorized pre-content digest became an
exact authorized post-content digest -- not filesystem state, broker
provenance, allowlist membership, path safety, or that any file changed.

No runtime, persistence, IPC, capability, or OpenClaw work is authorized or
implied by this closeout.
