The user can install calico (even using the same flannel port) via a CRD for it, adding the rules for it, customizing the Daemonset env and the addresses that the containers use. Signed-off-by: vsoch <vsoch@users.noreply.github.com>

This is a WIP for us to have a variant of the current PR that does not have a massive calico-vxlan.yaml, but instead installs most content from upstream calico, and then applies the configs that we change. It's still quite a bit, but less than the first approach that installed everything. I will prepare a slightly cleaner variant of this for Akihiro to look at - my guess is that it will still be too much for him to review.
