Drop Returns sections from grpcreflect __init__ docstrings - #388

With `merge_init_into_class`, mkdocstrings renders an `__init__` docstring on its class, so each reflection service class showed a `Returns: None` table. The pointer to the matching application moves into the description. Signed-off-by: Stefan VanBuren <stefan@vanburen.xyz>

With
merge_init_into_class, each reflection service class on the API page showed aReturns: Nonetable from its__init__docstring. The pointer to the matching ASGI/WSGI application now sits in the description instead.
