@LinguList Would you have time to take a look at this PR? It closes #1220. We also decided to update a few variable names for other datasets with stability ratings. If applicable, @MiraAhmedovic added the language family to "STABILITY_SCORE" so that the data in Oswalt is comparable to other datasets with scores for the same language family. |

Just found time to check it. This looks fine to me. Actually, it is very nice to see that we have more and more stability scores out there. This would be a nice topic for some master thesis, to investigate them, it seems.

This PR adds Oswalt-1971-100 based on Towards the Construction of a Standard Lexicostatistic List by Oswalt (1971). It further refines the variable names for other datasets pertaining to stability ratings to include the language family when applicable. For global stability measures such as Swadesh-1955-215 or Peust-2013-54, no changes were made.
The concept mappings in unclear cases were largely based on previous mappings of Swadesh lists.
Closes #1220.
