Note you need to put a 1.0 jp rom in BasePatchGenerator\bin\Debug|Release named zelda.sfc in order to build the project if you want to help out with development.
Feel free to report issues and make PRs to this repo, although I make no guarantee of personal support other than repo stewardship. Personally, I expect almost no traffic.
