…ts own switch GET /api/v3/owner/conversations is served by polis-api when its switch is on; both switches stay off by default, so nothing changes for a running site. A misconfigured owner switch stops polis-api from starting and pca2 falls back to Node. The route is a new contract (no Node bytes to match); its nginx location, conformance and differential cases are included. First of the typed Rust read-route packets rebased onto current edge. Adds
GET /api/v3/owner/conversationsto polis-api behind two switches that stay off by default, so a running site is unchanged. It is a new contract (there are no Node bytes to match). A misconfigured owner switch stops polis-api from starting, and pca2 then falls back to Node. Includes the nginx location, the conformance cases and the differential cases. Adds 54 crates to the lockfile.Verified on a work box against this base: 427 Rust tests (auth 8, CLI 353, API 66) and 16 Python, 0 failed; nginx routing 11/11 groups; CLI differential 187 scenarios, 0 mismatches. Reviewed independently (review round 1): publish as-is.
