AWS replaced the global RDS truststore bundle (last-modified 2026-10-14 22:38 UTC), so the checksum pinned in the server and migration-runner images no longer matches and every image build fails at sha256sum. The new bundle (SHA-256 90a6f1a7..., 114 certificates) contains only Amazon RDS regional root CAs. Update the pin in both images and the migrations doc. AWS replaced the global RDS truststore bundle at https://truststore.pki.rds.amazonaws.com/global/global-bundle.pem (last-modified 2026-10-14 22:38 UTC). The checksum pinned in server/Dockerfile and queue-rs/polis-migrate/Dockerfile no longer matched, so every image build that fetches it fails at
sha256sum. The new bundle (SHA-25690a6f1a7978a1b1b096dca6c57511ca48d3b8cf052f8e704baf358f34ea2f21b, 114 certificates) contains only Amazon RDS regional root CAs (every subject is O=Amazon Web Services, Inc., OU=Amazon RDS). This updates the pin in both images and the migrations doc.Not changed here: coordinator-rs/deploy/Dockerfile and the probe-box AMI manifest still pin an older bundle; they are not on the deploy path.
