All fields are optional and are intended to support hazmat and international (export) shipment processing. When populated in the PIM, these attributes are transmitted as part of the fulfilment payload; if not, the OMS or WMS is responsible for deriving, validating, and mapping the required data elements for carrier‑specific integration.

These all seem pretty common--and for intl shipping, hsCode and countryOfOrigin are typically required.
