Addresses an issue where configurations with space weren’t accepted. When setting up a unit file (for use with systemctl on fedora) adding a space broke parsing of the environment variable. Escaping the space preserved parsing, but broke JSON. This allows the user to specify space without actually using space.
Mailing shouldn’t be simulated, should only happen on the server
Bug fixes & reliability improvements
In the recent search upgrade, search was switched to be based on the petitions function, which is used for the front page and doesn’t display anything that has been updated or responded. This fix resolves that by creating a new publication and changing the underlying function to allow ignoring the status of the petition.

Hotfixes april 2016
This resolves #129. Note that updating meteor broke the bootstrap package, causing many stylesheet changes.
The white-labeled branch as base is more appropriate as more schools adopt PawPrints. This also solves issues where PawPrints needs to be customized in ways distinct to the Rochester campus but that aren’t appropriate for Dubai/Kosovo/Croatia.
Fixed by adding call to preventDefault()
Simplified headings, added petition creation date.
Exact dates are included as the tooltip whenever a relative date is displayed. Resolves #128
