This PR adds two demos: 1. Sharing a link with the customer to start a Cobrowse session immediately 2. Sharing a link that can be used to start a Cobrowse session later (eg. for scheduling purposes) The demos are built with cobrowse-agent-sdk, cobrowse-agent-ui, React, Vite and Typescript.

This PR adds two demos:
The demos are built with cobrowse-agent-sdk, cobrowse-agent-ui, React, Vite and Typescript. I'm new to most of these so apologies if there are better ways to do things!
You can customise the token, api and target website through query params. I haven't customised the sdk_url, agent sdk url because they are included in the bundle or the license key because that is determined by the access token.
