This issue is about documenting publiclab 's community-toolbox. Analysis before design. Design before coding.

PublicLab's community website is a one-page website where they are providing all the essential information to newcomers also. They are displaying newcomers' issue on that page only without showing that somewhere else.
and comparing with our existing community website we are providing static data with more useful information than publiclab community website and also the UI/UX isn't at appropriate level. We can create a dynamic website with more improvements in UI/UX. Also, we can display the issue related data at website in any form - TableView or ListView or any other form.
