Import Github and GitLab issues by newcomers to data model

When webservices will be up it will provide all the issues of coala on GitHub and GitLab through an API,
that should be imported here to build the gamification app.

Which repos? We still need to build the definition of the 'org'.

IGitt doesnt have a generic ability to get the list of coala repos. I raised a bug about this recently. So that should get fixed first.

We will soon have OpenHub data, which gives us an org, with projects, with a project containing multiple repos. Most of the OpenHub projects have only one repo, but the 'coala' project has a lot of misc. repos in it - we may want to clean it up, to allow a concept of repos.
