[tr] fix(style): Migrate to 2 subheadings style from 3 subheadings

The old style guide had 3 subheadings, but the new one has 2. Turkish content has been updated accordingly.

I am able to merge the PR, but I didn't want to, on purpose. There's something missing with other approvers' permissions, but I don't know what it is.
