PyTorch: Added few pytorch unit tests

cms-sw/cmsdist#10159 has enabled building pytroch python interface (along with previously build c++ interface). New python interface will be available in 2025-11-03-1100 IBs. This PR proposes to add few unit test for pytorch python interface.
