Fix tensorflow toolfile

This line was removed in

5e451b0#diff-d93ae4be80a1b08684046dcd03108cf1bcf46a4ac86df34fa1cfbd60e50182bcL7

and re-added when merging toolfile changes from master branch. This causes toolfile checks in TF IB to fail.
