feat: introduce Particle Transformer inputs for ULv2

New:

• custom producer (plugins/ParTTableProducer.cc), adding missing features for existing jet constituents (compared to DeepJet) and adding a fifth SV with corresponding features
• added conditional inclusion of these new features, depending on chosen customization, implemented in python/addBTV.py and python/pfnano_cff.py
• test suite with cmsDriver-produced configurations, cards for crab, datasets for ULv2 (sim & data), how to deal with recovery tasks in the yml file

Modified:

• move out fakeNameForCrab from python/pfnano_cff.py and instead call this via cmsdriver (as suggested already in Small adjustment to skip BTV info for open data #46)
• re-add btagDeepC ( = DeepCSV Prob(c) ) for Jet, FatJet and SubJet for new UL MiniAODv2 samples

In use in private campaign, once validated in >1 different control regions, draft PR will be changed to actual PR, for information / reference only for now. Readme follows later.
