Fixing AOD issues

Version with nanoAOD

This tag fixes some reported issues for AOD and runOnMC, but most importantly introduces a new option to run the jetToolbox as part of the nanoAOD production.
Main change is the replacement of the option miniAOD to dataTier, which can be dataTier="AOD", dataTier="miniAOD", dataTier="nanoAOD".

Adding heavy flavour taggers.
