Modify the UParT model, add files necessary for SONIC triton server and put the model in model/ folder

There are a few changes:

1. We realize the previous model uploaded does not allow for batching jets for making multiple inferences simultaneously. After discussed with author Alexander De Moor and his PI, we figure out a new model that allows for the batching. I am uploading the new model here.
2. Add files under /models/unifiedparticletransformer_ak4 for loading the model onto triton server.
3. put a link under the original UParTAK4 folder, links to the /models/unifiedparticletransformer_ak4/1/model.onnx

Oh sorry I forgot that this PR should be ignored/canceled… The PR is for the purpose of batching UParT on sonic/gpu and the previous version of the model does not allow batching on jets. However, there are some issue with the new model when I convert from PyTorch model to onnx model. It is still under debugging… can you cancel it? Sorry for the confusion. Yao
