docs(todos): refresh project overall todo with T5 work items - #97

Add a new T5 section in project_overall_todos.md to capture the five newly requested cross-domain workstreams: session context persistence, transport-level thinking/tool-call messaging with enum updates, multimodal message schema support (image/audio/video), log output consolidation, and full architecture plus domain-level design documentation. Also keep the restored supplemental T4 tracking section in the same document so the global backlog remains coherent in one place. This commit intentionally stages only the overall todo document and excludes unrelated workspace changes.
Consolidate duplicated backlog entries by merging T4-1 into T5-1 and T4-4 into T5-3 in project_overall_todos.md. Key updates: - Mark T4-1 and T4-4 as merged placeholders for traceability. - Expand T5-1 scope to include context auto-compression and session-summary handoff. - Expand T5-3 scope to explicitly absorb prior rich-media first-class support scope (including A2A attachment path normalization). Rationale: Reduce duplicate execution paths in the global roadmap while preserving historical references and ownership continuity.
