docs: team agent collaboration playbook (worldline convergence) - #70
Merged
Conversation
Add an execution-focused handbook for parallel agent development so teammates can follow one converged mainline process. Key additions: - New guide docs/guides/Team_Agent_Collab_Playbook.md covering workflow, CI gates, main-guard fallback, conflict minimization, incident SOP, and weekly rhythm. - Add discoverability link in CONTRIBUTING.md to ensure contributors can find the playbook from the standard contribution entry point. Rationale: - Convert governance rules into a practical runbook for daily delivery. - Reduce merge conflicts and policy drift across multiple concurrent agents.

The playbook also includes an optional "Opus command" section if we want language polish without changing current governance constraints.
