Summary

Add demo test streams available in MoQ relay in the doc under MoQ page.

Skipping CR-5e8212cc6bf3. The JWT is intentionally provided for the public draft-16 /bbb demo stream so readers can subscribe without provisioning a relay or creating a token. Replacing it with a placeholder would prevent that intended workflow. We will retain the provided JWT and update it when the demo credential changes.
