This trims two repo-facing docs files to keep them tighter and more specific.
The README intro had a few lines of generic product language, and
AGENTS.mdhad grown into a longer guide than future sessions need. This PR keeps the same intent while removing repetition and leaving the repo-specific constraints in place.AGENTS.mdto verified, high-signal instructions pulled from the repo and CIDocs only; no tests run.
