Add Cigo Aircare & Carsafe MCP server

Adds Cigo Aircare & Carsafe to the MCP registry with a hosted Streamable HTTP connection requiring no API key. Users can look up FFU/BFU specifications and power comparisons, match Carsafe cabin filters to vehicles, and request regional environmental guidance.

The description identifies the optional CRM and B2B inquiry tools as writes and explains the data sent. The entry remains unverified and makes no license claim for the server repository.

Validation:

• Discovered all five tools on the public endpoint and successfully called get_hvac_filter_info with filter_type=BFU.
• Validated all 204 registry entries. The upstream validation script uses URL.pathname, which produces an invalid drive path on Windows; for local validation only, used fileURLToPath in a temporary copy. No validator changes are included.
• Added only registry/mcps/cigo-aircare/entry.json.
