- fully compatible now. - flipped the dependency on dateutil, as 1.5.x is incompatible with py3. - bumped version num to 2.1.
py3 + titles
remove encoding here too; was silently catching exception

Adds the option to preserve the title of the note as the file name.
Example:
note['title'] = "notes about xyz"The file name becomes:
notes_about_xyz.txtAdds the option to increase output verbosity when extracting notes from enex file.
Also makes the code pass flake8 checks.
