Added JOS animation

• Included JOS animation with required setup and stuff
• Please feel free to add or remove animation according to your own convenience, this PR is just to serve as start point for animation.
• custom animation can be & are included in the global.css
• keeping the animation simple and light, gives the site a more professional look..
• Added BG (2nd commit) using JOS

so yeah, tk web team can take it forward now...

The page is not complete yet, there are few more sections and components yet to be added, we would like you integrate JOS once basic structure of the entire page is done.
and we are using yarn as our package manager, there is package-lock.json file in your PR.
