This PR introduces some enhancements to the previously limited key-only config. This includes:
Both of which can be combined to create unique sequences. This change has not yet been implemented on the frontend, but should be simple to add because iced supports capturing modifiers already. Some command presets will have to be built (for common tasks), but free-form commands can start to be implemented now!
