It is primarily targeted at women and LGBTQ+ individuals who may face additional barriers to career success due to systemic biases and discrimination. However, the platform is open to anyone who is committed to building a supportive, inclusive community that values diversity and equity.
To use it, simply visit the website at xxx and create an account or connect your Linkedin account. Once you're logged in, you can explore the platform, connect with mentors and peers, and access a wide range of career resources.
