Fixed font choice and instructions

Addressed issue #2 and improved styles description.

Update for Accessibility 2022

This update makes some major changes to support new accessibility requirements for Lancaster University documents:

• It now uses accessible fonts
• All spacing is now provided by styles, not newlines
• There is 'alt' text for images and tables.
• Images and tables are inline, not in frames.

The extra docx example file is now redundant and has been removed.

The template and README file also have updated instructions and URLs to support latest Lancaster University guidance.

Update for Word 2016, and 2020 MARP rules.

Added advice on master documents, image placing, and document updating.

Minor wording changes

Incorporates minor wording changes to support the template's use in different departments.

Working release

Official release, since the current version has been used without incident.
