web: Show forwarded ports in agent view nav bar#48

When a pod has forwarded ports configured via forwardPorts in devcontainer.json, display them as clickable links in the agent view's top navigation bar. This makes it easy to find and open forwarded services without having to go back to the pods UI or manually inspecting the pods.
