Every analysis failed with "System configuration error" (worker log: "CRITICAL: Failed to load prompt from /app/server/prompts/v2/basic-analysis-prompt.txt") — found live during plan 13-04's LAUNCH-01 verification, right after the pdfjs-dist fix (v1.0.0-alpha.23) and the BullMQ queue-prefix fix (v1.0.0-alpha.24) let a job finally reach production's own worker. CLAUDE.md's own convention is "Prompt Management: Do not hardcode prompts in TS; use server/prompts/" — read via fs.readFile at runtime in server/utils/openai-client.ts, resolved from process.cwd(). Nitro never bundles these into .output since they're plain data files, not statically imported, and the runner stage copied nothing under /app/server at all, so the path never existed in the image. Verified locally: built the image with this fix and confirmed /app/server/prompts/v2/*.txt exist and are readable inside the container (previously absent entirely).
