MCMCvis version 0.16.3

  • MCMCdiag fix spacing issue for min neff in summary file for cmdstanr objects
  • MCMCdiag change behavior so that if specified dir does exist, save to working directory
  • MCMCdiag if mkdir name exists, append '_1' to filename and create
