Referencing issues

• Issues my be easily referenced with a hash sign and the issue number (i.e. #35).
• Issues in other github repositories are referenced with ErikGrimes/polymer_ui_elements/#14 (see also Cross-Repository Issue References)
• #35 in a commit message creates a relation between the commit and the issue #35.
• closes #35 or fixes #35 in a commit message creates a relation and and closes the issue #35.
• Merge repository while retaining history (see #40, #41)
• fetch remote branch git fetch, git checkout merge_pe (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1783405/git-checkout-remote-branch)
