Improve Blomdahl provider hero likeness

Summary

• replaces the current Blomdahl consultation hero with a v2 generated edit that avoids the too-heavy/puffy provider look
• keeps the procedure page using a family consultation scene with provider in black scrubs, child, parent, and earring tray
• updates the commerce catalog image path to the v2 asset

Updated the PR to fix the desktop Related Guidance section responsiveness:

• reduced the procedure-page related heading from homepage-hero sizing to section sizing
• made the heading/intro explicitly left-aligned
• tightened desktop max-width and vertical spacing
• kept the shared BlogPostCollection cards reused from the homepage
