Upgrade Maven to 4.0.0-rc-5

Updates all Maven 4.0 references from RC-4 to RC-5.

Changes

• Maven Wrapper (.mvn/wrapper/maven-wrapper.properties): Distribution URL updated to rc-5
• SDKMAN (.sdkmanrc): Maven version set to 4.0.0-rc-5
• Build Enforcement (pom.xml): Enforcer plugin minimum version constraint changed from [4.0.0-rc-1,) to [4.0.0-rc-5,)

All scripts and workflows use the Maven wrapper, so they'll automatically adopt rc-5 on next run.
