What problem this solves
Resolves the remaining UI work in the Testing Multiple Issues project so the home page actually matches the requested theme changes from Linear.
Why this change was made
The project called for a red page background, Times New Roman body and heading typography, and grayscale image treatment. This applies those theme hooks at the shared layout and stylesheet level and adds a small integration test around the rendered home page.
User impact
The home page now renders with a red background, Times New Roman text styling, and a global grayscale rule for any images shown in the app.
