What problem this solves
Updates the Preview Rails home page styling to use a comic-style font and a white page background.
Why this change was made
The page now applies a Comic Sans-first font stack globally, with Comic Neue as a web fallback for environments that do not have Comic Sans installed. The main page background is changed from red to white.
User impact
Users see the home page on a white background, with visible text and controls rendered in a comic-style font across desktop and mobile layouts.
